Introducing Our Founder, Jess Wheat
Jessica is a Civil Mediation Council Accredited mediator specialising in matters affecting children and young people services. Her vast expertise lies in resolving conflicts in social care, schools and early years settings, within families, workplaces, between landlords and tenants, and within community settings.
Frequently, Jess's work involves managing complex multi-party circumstances where local authorities, clients, professionals, and representatives are part of the equation. She takes great pride in assisting all parties, regardless of their needs, to rebuild trust and confidence.
Additionally, Jessica offers training in conflict management and resolution to parents, teams, leadership teams, and professionals. Jess's approach is centred around providing a deep understanding of how conflicts arise and equipping you with the necessary skills to prevent escalation and effectively handle future situations.
Committed to her local community, Jess utilises her skills to rebuild trust, encourage collaboration and bring a positivity and solution-centric mindset to everyone she works with.
